Some words about us...

The SurFreak Surf Club was founded and run by a professional staff with years of experience in surfing and its instruction. The club’s goal is to provide you with the full surfing experience, both in and out of the water… what’s ours is yours: use of our kitchen, surfing movies, hammocks, wave forecasts, going out to surf at other peaks in the clubs safari van, BBQ…and most important – a pure surfing atmosphere – 24 hours a day!

SurFreak believes in the Costa Rican way of life and the “Pura Vida” spirit. Pura Vida, which means “pure life” in Spanish, is used as a warmgreeting in Costa Rica and also reflects its people's joy of life.

SurFreak believes in surfing as a way of life, one that can take you far away from the daily routine of the western lifestyle. We know that surfing can bring you a better and purer life.
